Michael Gottlieb, a 1979 graduate of East Stroudsburg
State College and a member of the Villanova University School of Law graduating
class of 1982, has been practicing law for over 25 years. He has been
a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations since
1982 and is licensed to practice law in courts across the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, in the Federal Court system, and before the United States
Supreme Court.
Mr. Gottlieb began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable Samuel
W. Salus, II immediately following graduation from law school in 1982
and subsequently joined the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office
in 1983. He joined the Law Offices of Vangrossi & Recchuiti in 1984,
where he practices both criminal and civil law. Specifically, his areas
of expertise include, but are not limited to, divorce and child custody
cases; wills and trusts; personal injury and accident litigation; municipal
representation; murder and felony trials; and firearms rights.
Michael's accomplishments while practicing law at the Law Offices of Vangrossi
& Recchuiti include obtaining a verdict of not guilty by reason of
insanity at the conclusion of a double murder trial in Montgomery County
in 1995 (Commonwealth vs. Christopher Ford). He also has earned a four
million dollar verdict for a client in a civil trial (Jones vs. Dodson)
as well as obtained several civil awards for clients in excess of one
hundred thousand dollars.
Employing years of experience, Michael Gottlieb works diligently to represent
each client, regardless of the complexity or duration of the matter brought
to his attention.
